Garnett Hangs With The Draft Prospects

In a move that will hopefully dispel any ridiculous trade rumor and somewhat answer the question of why he's still in town, Kevin Garnett took potential draftees Randy Foye, Rodney Carney, Ronnie Brewer, and Bobby Jones out to dinner and a Lynx game on Wednesday night.

The above crew worked out today and afterwards, Fred Hoiberg referred to them as "the best group we've had in so far" and said that "These are really the guys we are going to consider with our top pick. These and the ones who come on Sunday."

The "ones who come on Sunday" are, according to Draft Express, Rudy Gay, Thabo Sefolosha, Shawne Williams, and Brandon Roy.

The Star Tribune reports that those are the last of the pre-draft workouts, with Patrick O'Bryant and Torin Francis working out tomorrow.
