Wolves Updates 5/17

The New York Daily News on possible moves Nets president Rod Thorn could make during the offseason:
Kevin Garnett's name will be mentioned because Thorn has been trying to get him for years. But the Timberwolves have not reached the point where they have decided that they will move Garnett, who turns 30 in a few days. They will listen to serious offers, but it's not as if they're shopping Garnett. The Nets have more to offer the T-Wolves than the Knicks, that's for sure.

According to Draft Express, Nick George (VA Commonwealth) has a scheduled workout with the Wolves on June 2.

From the Pioneer Press:
Former basketball Gophers Rick Rickert, Jeff Hagen and Dusty Rychart are working out regularly at their alma mater, with Rickert and Hagen hoping for NBA summer league tryouts. Rychart has signed for about $125,000 to play next season in Australia.
